This original painting combines two subjects I enjoy painting most—portraits and flowers.
The rich green background and soft pink blooms create a striking contrast, drawing your eye towards the subject while adding depth and texture throughout the composition. I enjoyed building up the layers of colour and watching the painting come to life with each session.
